During the 24 hours of September 10, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 2 people under medical observation (including 1 imported case). 

Between 0:00 on July 20 and 24:00 on September 10, a total of 113 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 3 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 57 patients hospitalized, and no severe cases. Fifty-six patients were discharged from hospitals (including 3 imported cases). No people had died.

Since July 28 when the first asymptomatic case reported in Hunan, the number of days with no new confirmed and asymptomatic cases reported are: 41 days in Changde and Xiangxi; 40 days in Changsha; 38 days in Xiangtan; 37 days in Yiyang; 34 days in Zhuzhou; and, 26 days in Zhangjiajie.
