On the occasion of the 37th Teachers' Day, which falls on September 10, many scenic areas in Hunan Province were scheduled to launch various preferential activities for teachers to pay respects to them.
Changsha
Shiyan Lake
From September 10 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free admission to the Shiyan Lake Scenic Area. They can visit the Parent-child Beach Park, amusement area, fountain and so on to enjoy colorful performances like acrobatics and single bamboo drifting for free.
Jinggang Ancient Town
Teachers with their teaching credentials can enjoy free entry to the Jinggang Ancient Town on September 10.

Snow Kingdom of Three Bears
From September 1 to December 31, teachers with their teacher's certificates or employee’s cards can get free entrance tickets at the front desk of the Snow Kingdom of Three Bears. The free entrance tickets can only be used by the person whose signature is on the certificate or card.
Notes:
1. The entrance ticket doesn’t cover snow suit rental fee (40 yuan/set), glove purchase fee (10 yuan/pair), accident insurance (5 yuan/person), and coach fee. The fees for skis, snowshoes and locker keys are included. Non-professional ski clothing, including outdoor jackets, down coats, cotton-padded jackets, and mountaineering suits, is not accepted.
2. Before skiing, each person needs to pay a guarantee deposit of 200 yuan. The clothing rental fee, glove purchase fee, insurance fee, overtime fee, and bracelet loss compensation fee will be deducted from the deposit. Other fees including the coach fee will be paid at a special counter.
3. Each ticket allows a skiing time of 2 hours, which starts from the time when the skis are picked up and ends when all the facilities are returned. An extra 30 minutes for changing clothes and returning facilities will be given for free. The timing will not be interrupted. An extra fee will be charged for overtime skiing (2 yuan/min/person).
Xiangjiang Joy Town
Teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy half-price 2-hour snow-playing tickets for the Happy Snowfield at the Xiangjiang Joy Town.

How to purchase the ticket:
Follow the official WeChat account of Dawang Mountain Xiangjiang Joy Town [大王山湘江欢乐城] to buy the ticket. Visitors are advised to purchase tickets one day in advance, or purchase tickets on the town’s official WeChat account on the visiting day.
Procedures: Visitors need to show their online booking orders, ID cards and original teacher’s certificates to get a special snow-playing card at the ticket window. Before entering the town, they need to show the snow-playing card, and have their ID cards and original teacher's certificates checked.
HB (Changsha) Film Town
Teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free entry to the HB (Changsha) Film Town on September 10.
Dawei Mountain, Liuyang City
The Dawei Mountain National Forest Park will offer free admission to teachers across the country from September 8 to 10, in a bid to thank teachers for their hard work. Teachers with their original teacher's certificates can enjoy free entry to the park. Many hotels and B&Bs in the scenic area will offer special discounted rooms.
Huanglong Grand Canyon, Liuyang City
Teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free entry to the Huanglong Grand Canyon from September 10 to 12. Tickets are required for other amusement facilities.
Zhouluo Grand Canyon, Liuyang City
Teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free admission to the Zhouluo Grand Canyon from September 10 to 11. In addition, they can enjoy a preferential package ticket of 120 yuan/person for the entrance ticket, the Mirror of the Sky, the Rainbow Slide, glass drifting and a boat tour, if they share on their WeChat moments an article titled “教师节福利|丹桂飘香，惠谢师恩！0元带你打卡周洛大峡谷”, which was posted on the official WeChat account of Zhouluo Grand Canyon [周洛大峡谷]. A comment including “打卡网红周洛大峡谷” should be posted when sharing the article.
Zhuzhou
Fantawild Adventure Theme Park
From Sept. 8 to 11, teachers can enjoy half-price discount when buying tickets for their visits on Sept. 10, 11, or 12 via the “方特旅游” APP or WeChat official account of the scenic area. The standard ticket price is 150 yuan/person. Child and senior ticket is priced at 100 yuan/person. Several commodities are provided at 32% discount.
Jiuxian Lake Scenic Area, Youxian County
From September 10 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy a discounted 50-yuan ticket package. The original ticket price is 96 yuan/person.

Mausoleum of Emperor Yan, Yanling County
From September 8 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy free entry to the Mausoleum of Emperor Yan after registration at ticket windows. From September 1 to 30, college students who present their student cards and ID cards can purchase discount tickets at 10 yuan/person.
Shennong Valley Scenic Area, Yanling County
From September 8 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy free entry and shuttle bus service at Shennong Valley Scenic Area. Their fellow travelers may enjoy a 20% discount.
Yunshang Courtyard Scenic Area, Yanling County
From September 8 to 30, teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free entry to the Yunshang Courtyard Scenic Area.
Zhangjiajie
Maoyan River Scenic Area
Teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy free entry to Jiutian Cave, Fenglianxi National Forest Park, and Maoyan River rafting, by sharing a post as required.
Hengyang
Nanyue Hengshan Mountain
From September 9 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free entry to Hengshan Mountain.
Xiangxi Tujia ad Miao Autonomous Prefecture
Zuolong Gorge Scenic Area
From September 10 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy free entry to Zuolong Gorge Scenic Area.
Huaihua
Hongjiang Ancient Commercial Town
From September 10 to 30, Hongjiang Ancient Commercial Town will launch activities to express gratitude to teachers. Teachers with their teacher's certificates can enjoy free admission, get a set of Chinese traditional sachets (50 sets will be provided in total), and participate in interactive games to ease work pressure.

Chenzhou
Dongjiang Lake Scenic Area
From September 10 to 12, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy free entry to the scenic spots along the Dongjiang Lake route 1 and route 2. Fares for shuttle bus service in the scenic area should be paid.

Jiulongjiang National Forest Park
Jiulongjiang National Forest Park will allow free entry to the public on September 10 and 11.
Free entry is allowed at: Yao and She Ethnic Park, Glass Bridge, and Glass Plank Road.
Rucheng Reshui Village Hotspring and Whitewater Rafting Tourist Resort
From September 7 to 10, teachers with their teacher's certificates can get a hotspring ticket and a whitewater rafting ticket of the tourist resort free of charge, with the original prices both at 168 yuan per person. Their fellow travelers can enjoy a 50% discount.
Opening time for whitewater rafting: 10:30 am and 2:30 pm
Yueyang
Shiniuzhai National Forest Park, Pingjiang County
On September 10, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can visit Shiniuzhai National Forest Park free of charge.
Huayu Shijie (Flower World) Scenic Area
On September 10 and 11, teachers with their teacher's certificates can obtain a parent-child ticket (two adults and one kid) free of charge.
Shaoyang
Yunshan National Forest Park, Wugang City
On September 10, teachers with their teacher's certificates and ID cards can enjoy half-price discounts when buying tickets at ticket windows of the scenic area.
From September 10 to 12, Yunshan National Forest Park launches Teachers’ Day-themed one-day tours. A variety of activities will be held, including a welcome ceremony, fun labor competition, Wugang local dishes tasting.
