On the occasion of the first anniversary of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone, the Hunan Provincial Free Trade Office launched the electronic map on the official website and WeChat account of the zone on September 7.

When visiting the official website of the China (Hunan) Free Trade Zone or its official WeChat account, users can search for a residential address, a corporate registration address, or an office address via the e-map to find it whether locates in the pilot free trade zone. The boundary and scope of the Changsha, Yueyang, Chenzhou areas of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone are highlighted on the e-map.

In drawing the e-map, advanced technologies such as big data and geographical information system are adopted to transform and compare coordinates of the map of Hunan Province and the four boundaries of the Hunan Pilot Free Trade Zone. A geographic space database of the zone is formed.

The Hunan Provincial Free Trade Office will further improve the database and make coordinate comparison of company address, investment attraction projects locations, and policy coverage scope, to form a foundation database composed of information of legal persons, projects, and policies.
