According to data released by the Changsha Customs on August 26, Hunan exported 360 million yuan of solar cells from January to July this year, a year-on-year increase of 74.4%.

South Korea is Hunan’s largest export market for solar cells. In the first seven months, Hunan exported 190 million yuan of solar cells to South Korea, a year-on-year increase of 327.2%, accounting for 52% of the province's total solar cell exports. Hunan's exports to India, Pakistan, Germany, Turkey, and Slovenia all exceeded 10 million yuan.

Changsha Customs analyzed that photovoltaic power generation has become a globally competitive power product. The photovoltaic industry has ushered into the "golden fifty years" of development, and the demand for solar cells in France, Germany, Spain, Turkey and other countries has increased sharply. Hunan photovoltaic companies get deeply involved in international new energy cooperation, increase investment in technology, and improve product performance. Solar cells are highly favored by foreign customers for high conversion efficiency.

Hunan engineering companies such as PowerChina Zhongnan Engineering Corporation Group and Hunan Construction Engineering Group have obtained foreign engineering construction projects in the field of new energy, which helps promote Hunan solar cells and other photovoltaic products to "go global".
