The Yueyang Tower – Junshan Island Scenic Area was temporarily closed due to the COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control demands, according to the scenic area management committee on August 14.

The Yueyang Public Health Emergency Command Center approved the application of the scenic area, in response to the intensified epidemic prevention and control requirements during the resurgence of COVID-19 epidemic in some domestic regions such as Nanjing and Zhangjiajie. The Yueyang Tower - Junshan Island Scenic Area would be temporarily closed to the public starting from August 14 (Saturday) until further notice of the command center.
