A conference was held in Changsha on August 13 to coordinate main work of the 2nd China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo.

 
According to the conference, the period from August 16 to September 12 will be a key month for expo preparation.

Frequent and count-down deployments will be carried out during this period, focusing on soliciting cooperation projects, arranging important activities, and affairs related to the meetings in Changsha. Most preparations will be completed by September 12.

In the two weeks before the expo, between September 13 and 24, the focus will be shifted to venue layout, epidemic prevention and security, and reception services.
