During the 24 hours of August 11, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 21 people under medical observation (including 3 imported cases).

Between 0:00 on July 20 and 24:00 on August 11, a total of 106 confirmed COVID-19 cases (including 3 imported cases) had been reported in Hunan. There were 104 patients hospitalized (including 1 imported case), and 3 severe cases. Two patients were discharged from hospitals (imported cases). No people had died.

Since July 28 when the first asymptomatic case reported in Hunan, the number of days with no new confirmed and asymptomatic cases reported are: 11 days in Changde and Xiangxi; 10 days in Changsha; 8 days in Xiangtan; 7 days in Yiyang; 4 days in Zhuzhou; and, 0 days in Zhangjiajie.
