Changsha Library

1. Before visiting the Changsha Library, readers need to confirm that their health QR codes and travel history codes are green and make reservations through the library’s official WeChat account.

2. Readers entering the library will have their body temperatures measured, and their health QR codes, travel history codes and vaccination records checked. Those who do not meet the requirements will not be allowed to enter the library. Underage readers who cannot provide “green codes” should be accompanied by their parents and cooperate with relevant registration or provide “green codes” to enter the library.

3. The library’s opening hours have been adjusted to 9:00-17:30. During their stay at the library, readers are required to wear masks, keep a distance of more than 1 meter from others, avoid gathering and reduce their time staying at the library.
