Passengers who purchased tickets at the ticket window of Changsha West Bus Station could call the general service counter at 0731-88708705 for online refunds.

Since August 1, in addition to the suspension of shuttle buses bound for Zhuzhou and Xiangtan, those bound for the following places are suspended at Changsha West Bus Station too. They are: Fenghuang, Guzhang, Yuanling, Mayang, Chenxi, Xupu, Zhangjiajie, Cili, Sangzhi, Wulingyuan, Jiangya, Changde, Taoyuan, Songzi, and Shashi. Passengers please plan the trips in advance and choose appropriate modes of transportation.
