During the 24 hours of July 28, there was one new asymptomatic COVID-19 case reported in Hunan. There was one new case out of quarantine (imported case). There were 11 people under medical observation (including 10 imported cases).

A total of 32,457 close contacts have been traced, among whom 603 were under medical observation while 31,854 others have been discharged.
