As of 24:00 on July 24, a total of 1,071 cumulative confirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, 1,053 patients had been discharged from hospitals, and there were 14 patients hospitalized (imported cases).

During the 24 hours of July 24, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were two new cases out of quarantine (imported cases). There were 11 people under medical observation (imported cases).

A total of 32,063 close contacts have been traced, among whom 210 were under medical observation while 31,853 others have been discharged.
