During the 24 hours of July 23, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 15 people under medical observation (imported cases).

A total of 32,047 close contacts have been traced, among whom 202 were under medical observation while 31,845 others have been discharged.
