During the 24 hours of July 21, there were no new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 13 people under medical observation (imported cases).

A total of 31,999 close contacts have been traced, among whom 310 were under medical observation while 31,689 others have been discharged.
