On July 12, the third season of “Dolphin Project” swimming training, part of public welfare activities was opened in Hehua Neighborhood, Liuyang City. The students learned to swim under the guidance of professional coaches. Starting in 2019, the neighborhood committee has provided free swimming skills training for primary and middle school students in its jurisdiction.
