The photos, taken on July 7, show farmers loading a truck with watermelons at Gaopai Village, Tangdong Neighborhood, Zixing. In recent years, the village meets market demand and guides local farmers to plant watermelons in a large-scale and standard manner, in order to increase farmers’ income and promote rural revitalization. At present, there are more than 500 mu (33.35 ha.) of watermelon plantation in the village, producing over 10,000 tons of quality watermelons annually.
