2021 China Internet Integrity Conference to Open in Changsha on July 15

A press briefing for the 2021 China Internet Integrity Conference was held in Beijing on July 5 morning. It announced that the conference will be held in Changsha from July 15 to July 16. Ren Xianliang, vice chairman of the Social Development Affairs Committee of the National People's Congress and chairman of the China Federation of Internet Societies, attended.

The conference is the only annual gathering themed on the construction of internet integrity in China. It has gradually served as an important platform to pool wisdom, display achievements and release authoritative information in the field of internet integrity.

The conference is guided by the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the State Administration for Market Regulation, and the Hunan Provincial People's Government; and, organized by the China Federation of Internet Societies, the Office of the Hunan Cyberspace Affairs Commission and the Changsha Municipal People's Government.

The conference will include an opening ceremony or a main forum, seven sub-forums, and one seminar, covering network media and social platforms, e-business, online education, digital city, red culture inheritance, the spirit of “seeking truth from facts”, and credit loans. A list of online rumors concerning Party history will be announced. A theme activity to establish credit archives of e-commerce enterprises will be launched. The Changsha Initiative for Internet Integrity and the Self-discipline Standards for the Online Education Industry will be released.
