Scenic spots closed temporarily:
Du Fu Pavilion is closed between June 28 and 30.
Orange Isle Scenic Area will be closed between 15:00 and 22:00 on June 30.
Yuelu Mountain will limit tourist numbers from 17:00 on June 30. Appointment will not be allowed when visitor limit has reached.
Traffic control
Traffic control will be exercised on certain roads to ensure the smooth running of the fireworks display.
Starting from 16:00, June 30
Traffic control will be imposed on south-east ramp section from Xiangjiang Road-Laodong Road Intersection (湘江路劳动路口) to Juzizhou Bridge (橘子洲大桥), the section from Xihu Road-Shuyuan Road Intersection (西湖路书院路口) to Xiangjiang Intersection (湘江路口), and the section from Xiaoxiang Road-Pailou Road Intersection (潇湘路牌楼路口) to Yingwan Road Intersection (溁湾路口).
Starting from 17:00, June 30
Traffic control will be imposed on roads within the enclosed area of Xiangjiang Road (湘江路), Wuyi Avenue (五一大道), Cai’E Road (蔡锷路), Chengnan Road (城南路), and Baisha Road (白沙路) in the east of the Xiangjiang River; and roads within the enclosed area of Xiaoxiang Road (潇湘路), Fubuhe Road (阜埠河路), Lushan South Road (麓山南路), Lushan Road (麓山路), Fenglin Road (枫林路), Jinxing Road (金星路), and Xianjiahu Road (咸嘉湖路) in the west of the Xiangjiang River.
Starting from 17:00, June 30
Traffic restriction will be imposed on roads within the enclosed area of Xiangjiang Road (湘江路), Yingpan Road (营盘路), Furong Road (芙蓉路), and Nanhu Road (南湖路); and roads within the enclosed area of Xiaoxiang Road (潇湘路), South 2nd Ring Road (南二环), West 2nd Ring Road (西二环), and Yuelu Avenue.
Heavy traffic flow on peripheral roads
Traffic restriction will be imposed on vehicles running outside the enclosed area of Xiangjiang Road (湘江路), Sanyi Avenue (三一大道), Chezhan Road (车站路), and South 2nd Ring Road (南二环).
Parking will be strictly supervised on Xiangjiang Road (湘江路), Xiaoxiang Road (潇湘路), and Juzizhou Bridge (橘子洲大桥路).
Starting from 20:00 to 22:00, June 30
Vehicles are prohibited from parking on the east auxiliary lane of south-east ramp section from Xiangjiang Road-Laodong Road Intersection (湘江路劳动路口) to Juzizhou Bridge (橘子洲大桥), the section from Xihu Road-Shuyuan Road Intersection (西湖路书院路口) to Xiangjiang Intersection (湘江路口), and the section from Xiaoxiang Road-Pailou Road Intersection (潇湘路牌楼路口) to Yingwan Road Intersection (溁湾路口).
Starting from 12:00, June 30 till the end of the fireworks
Shared bikes and electric bicycles will be prohibited from parking on south-east ramp section from Xiangjiang Road-Laodong Road Intersection (湘江路劳动路口) to Juzizhou Bridge (橘子洲大桥), the section from Xihu Road-Shuyuan Road Intersection (西湖路书院路口) to Xiangjiang Intersection (湘江路口), and the section from Xiaoxiang Road-Pailou Road Intersection (潇湘路牌楼路口) to Yingwan Road Intersection (溁湾路口).
Pedestrians may take public transport to pass through the bridge.
Starting from 17:00 to 21:00, June 30
Pedestrians will not be allowed to cross the Juzizhou Bridge. The public may take the bus to pass through the bridge at the east and west sides of the Juzizhou Metro Station (橘子洲地铁站东西两侧), in front of JI Hotel Hexi Branch (河西全季酒店门前), and near a ramp on the north-east side of Juzizhou Bridge (河东橘子洲大桥东北侧匝道).

During the traffic control period, citizens are suggested to commute by public transport such as metros and buses. Private car drivers are advised to avoid traffic control areas and congested roads.
