As of 24:00 on June 27, a total of 1,056 cumulative confirmed cases had been reported in Hunan, 4 people had died, 1,047 patients had been discharged from hospitals, and there were 5 patients hospitalized (imported cases).

During the 24 hours of June 27, there were two new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan. They were all imported asymptomatic cases re-categorized as confirmed ones on June 27. There were no new cases out of quarantine. There were 5 people under medical observation (imported cases).

A total of 31,447 close contacts have been traced, among whom 154 were under medical observation while 31,293 others have been discharged.
