The Hunan Provincial Investment Attraction Meeting was held in Beijing on June 17, 2021. Hunan Vice Governor He Baoxiang attended and delivered a speech.

The meeting focused on promoting investment attraction in Hunan Province, and invited companies to actively participate in the 2021 China Top 500 Private Enterprises Summit. More than 30 enterprises including China National Building Material Group Co., Ltd. and BOE Technology Group Co., Ltd. were invited to participate in the conference. Eight enterprise representatives including Jangho Group Co., Ltd., DESEA Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd., and Tsinghua Tongfang Co., Ltd. respectively introduced their basic situation and key investment directions. They also provided suggestions for the economic development of Hunan Province and the creation of a high-quality business environment.

Vice Governor He briefed the situation of Hunan Province from the aspects of industrial foundation, resource and location advantages, and business environment. He pointed out that in recent years, Hunan’s economic and social development has made significant progress. Hunan’s industrial foundation has been more solid; the industrial chains have obvious advantages; the level of government services has been continuously improved; and, the business environment has been more optimized. The development momentum of private economy continues to improve with high quality.

Mr. He extended a warm invitation to the vast number of private enterprises. He noted that, Hunan government, during the “14th Five-Year Plan” period, will implement the Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy to promote opening up in wider ranges, and at deeper and higher levels. Departments at all levels will continue to do a good job in related services. He welcomed everyone to come to Hunan to invest and start business; seek common development; seize the opportunities brought by the new paradigm of opening up on all fronts; work together for a win-win situation; and, draw a blueprint for development in the process of building a modern new Hunan.

He Baoxiang also led a team to the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to inspect the development of related enterprises.
