Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall Offers Free Performances During May Day Holiday

During the May Day holiday, the Changsha Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall may offer the public free intangible cultural heritage learning and experience activities and performances. It will be closed on May 6.

On May 1 and 2:
Visitors can learn and experience Luocheng peach-stone carving, traditional ceramics making and paper-cutting.
On May 3 to May 5:
They can experience Liuyang Xiabu cloth making, bamboo weaving and Changsha seal cutting.

Free performances from May 1 to May 5:

Duration:
Twice a day, from 11:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 15:00.
Programs: Changsha Tanci or storytelling, face-changing, kuaiban or allegro, crosstalk, Flower-drum Minor, and vocal imitation.

Address: inside the Orange Isle Scenic Area, Yuelu District, Changsha
Best way to get there:
Take Changsha Metro Line 2 to get off at the Juzizhou Station, and then take a sight-seeing mini-train or follow the road signs to walk to the exhibition hall.
