This marked the official opening of the Yueyang-Chongqing container route, which will inject new impetus into Yueyang's export-oriented economy. In the first quarter of this year, the container throughput at the Chenglingji New Port Area reached 191,000 TEUs, a year-on-year increase of 89.4%.
