Geopark Museum in Wulingyuan District, Zhangjiajie. The 52nd World
Earth Day fell on that day. Taking Zhangjiajie’s distinctive landforms as
examples, Wulingyuan District launched a series of geological study tours for
primary and middle school students. On-the-spot lectures and visits were organized
to enable the students to gain knowledge about geology and wild flora and fauna
protection, and raise their awareness of cherishing natural resources and
