The self-driving bus, named “Apolong”, is a L4 mass production unmanned bus launched by Hunan Apollo Intelligent Transportation Co., Ltd. and Baidu. The bus is 4.3 meters long, and 2 meters wide, with 8 seats. It has a maximum carrying capacity of 14 passengers. It is pure electric powered. It has no steering wheel, brake or accelerator. It has a maximum speed of 40 kilometers per hour and an endurance mileage of 100 kilometers.
