National Immigration Administration 12367 Service Platform Operates

The National Immigration Administration 12367 Service Platform begins to operate on April 9, 2021. It aims to improve immigration administration and facilitate Chinese and foreign users to acquire information and enjoy services. The Hunan-related items will be handled by the Hunan General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection. 

Chinese/English language service is available for the calls made within Hunan Province. When choosing Chinese language, the caller will access to three items – customs clearance and border crossing, entry-exit permit application, and suggestion services. The customs clearance and border crossing related calls will be answered by the Hunan General Station of Exit and Entry Frontier Inspection. The entry-exit permit application calls will be answered by the public security authority entry-exit offices of the municipality, or prefecture, where the caller is. The suggestion services will be handled by the National Immigration Administration Immigration Affairs Service Center.

Beyond that, according the guidance of the General Office of the State Council, the Hunan-based 12367 service platform will be a sub-center of the national platform, and integrated into the Hunan 12345 hotline service. It will handle the concerns and complaints transferred from the 12345 hotline, and provide high-quality, convenient, and elaborated immigration administrative services.
