We will focus on building advantageous industries such as construction machinery, rail transit, aviation power, electronic information, and new materials, and keep adding dynamics to economic and social development, he added.

He continued, “we are now thoroughly implementing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speech made when inspecting Hunan; carrying forward in-depth development of Party history learning and education; implementing the Three Highlands and Four New Missions Strategy; and, striving to build a modern new Hunan.” He believed that forging ahead on a new journey and realizing a new blueprint requires strong technology and talent support.
