The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area and 6 cities along the Yangtze River Economic Belt, namely Ningbo, Hefei, Nanchang, Zhengzhou, Wuhan and Guiyang, held an online agreement signing ceremony on March 25, to promote inter-provincial government services. This will comprehensively enhance the “soft power” of regional government services, optimize the business environment, and facilitate the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area to become an important growth pole in China.

The Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area will closely cooperate with the government services and data resources management departments of the six cities to integrate local government services and data resources.
It will take the initiative to follow the central government’s major strategic plan on promoting the development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and building the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan metropolitan area into an important growth pole in China.
Based on the “Internet + government services” technological revolution, it will follow such business modes as “handling all procedures online”, “handling service items in other places”, and “cross-regional coordination”; and, reengineer the process of cross-regional high-frequency government services announced by the State Council, to ensure that more government services will be provided on an inter-provincial basis.
