The photo, taken on March 10, shows volunteers planting trees in spite of the rain on the bank of the Xiaoshui River at Jinjiang Village, Shangjiangyu Town, Jiangyong County. The county recently launched a series of “Greening the Homeland, Boosting Rural Vitalization” themed tree planting activities to celebrate the upcoming 43rd Tree Planting Day, also known as Arbor Day.
