A job fair dedicated to females was held at the Changsha Human Resource Market on March 8 to celebrate the International Women’s Day. It was sponsored by the Changsha Human Resources Public Service Center. Twelve enterprises offered 238 positions specially tailored for female job seekers.

There was a pink background wall set up at the job fair, conveying festival wishes for females. Staffers gave out a special job-hunting brochure, a pen, a notebook, a mask, a bottle of water and other small gifts for each female job seeker. Job positions such as beautician, children's show host, cashier, clerk, receptionist and cleaner were available at the job fair. Those with ages ranging from 18 to 55 years old were the expected job-hunters.

A total of 34 female job seekers reached employment intentions that day.
