The DanceSport event of the first Hunan Cloud Sport Games kicked off on March 3, 2021. The number of participators is estimated to exceed 3,000.

The participators are divided into four categories – adults; higher educational institutions; professional institutions; and, children. The adult participators will compete in waltz, tango, and cha-cha, and children in rumba and cha-cha. 
 
Dancing amateurs can apply for an online mass audition via the WeChat public account “湖南省体育云动会公众号” between March 3 and April 10.

The first Hunan Cloud Sport Games was inaugurated on January 20, 2021. Thirty-two events have been launched. During the winter vacation, the games platform received more than 200,000 rope skipping participations.
