Changsha held a leadership group meeting on February 10 morning. It announced the decision of the CPC Central Committee and the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee on the adjustment of leading members of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee.

Approved by the CPC Central Committee, Wu Guiying was appointed member and Standing Committee member of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee. Decided by the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, she was appointed member, Standing Committee member and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee.

Wang Cheng, Standing Committee member and Organization Department director of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, attended and delivered a speech. 

Wu Guiying, Standing Committee member of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, vice governor of the Hunan Provincial People's Government, and secretary of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, made an inaugural speech.

Li Min, vice chairman of the CPPCC Hunan Provincial Committee, and Organization Department executive director of the CPC Hunan Provincial Committee, announced the decision.
