From 00:00 on February 11 to 23:59 on February 17, a total of 5,885 roadside parking spaces managed by Xiangxing Tianxi, a subsidiary of the Changsha Communication Investment Group, will be open to public for free.

From 16:00 on February 10 to 23:59 on February 16, Changsha Urban Development Group’s all parking lots implementing the government guidance price under Changsha’s overpasses will offer free parking.
