During the 24 hours of January 29, there were three new asymptomatic COVID-19 cases reported in Hunan (imported cases, with two re-categorized as confirmed ones on the day). There was one new case out of quarantine. There were 4 people under medical observation (imported cases).
 
A total of 30,014 close contacts have been traced, among whom 298 were under medical observation while 29,716 others have been discharged.
