He Baoxiang, Hunan vice governor, inspected the market supply, epidemic prevention and control, and safe production during the period of the upcoming Spring Festival in Changsha on January 28, 2021. He also visited the front-line staff working at ports.

He stressed the need for good preparation for stable market supply and epidemic prevention and control, in a bid to ensure sufficient supplies at stable price during a happy and reassuring festival.

Vice Governor He inspected Changsha’s Hong Xing Global Agri-wholesale Market, Huanghua International Airport Freight Transport Center, and the Seazen Wuyue Plaza in Changsha County. He observed supply conditions, and called for ensuring sufficient supplies while strengthening epidemic prevention and control as the Spring Festival approaches. Efforts should be made to guarantee prosperity and stability of the markets, and satisfy people’s increasing demands.  

The Hong Xing Global Agri-wholesale Market has prepared quality agricultural products from home and broad, and will launch e-commercial operation to enable consumers to purchase commodities online.
The Wuyue Plaza implements strict epidemic prevention and control measures. Consumers are advised to place orders via online platform, and receive commodities through contactless delivery. 
The Changsha airport is the designated port for frozen fresh aquatic products, edible aquatic animals, imported drugs, and imported fruits. It is capable to meet logistics demands of most goods.
The Hunan Department of Commerce announced that, during the Spring Festival period, Hunan will ensure sufficient supplies and stable price of commodities and daily necessities to satisfy people’s needs.
