2nd Hunan Biennial Chinese Painting Exhibition Opens

The photos, taken on January 19, show visitors looking at Chinese paintings at the Hunan Art Museum. The 2nd Hunan Biennial Chinese Painting Exhibition opened to the public free of charge from the day. A total of 378 Chinese painting works, in the great majority of contemporary figure paintings, are on display. The exhibition will open until March 5. (Photo/Gu Pengbo, Chen Wei, Hunan Daily)

Notice on strengthening COVID-19 prevention and control:


Before entry:
1. Make a real-name appointment via WeChat official account of Hunan Art Museum (hnmsg1) and the number of daily visitors are limited to 800;
2. Avoid taking public transportation, prepare emergency medical supplies (including mask, disinfectant, and wet tissue), and strengthen self-protection;
3. Wear a face mask properly (A disposable medical mask is recommended.);
4. Use wash-free disinfectant to clean hands at the entrance (The museum provides for free.);
5. Have body temperature checked. And anyone who are found to have body temperatures higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius or display symptoms of coughing, shortness of breath, and fatigue will be denied entry; and,
6. Show QR health code and digital travel records.

During visit:
1. Wear a mask properly;
2. Keep in queue and 1-meter social distancing;
3. Those who have made an appointment can get tickets after showing valid ID card;
4. Reduce talking and no food and drink inside the museum;
5. Wash hands with wash-free disinfectant after using the washroom; and,
6. Follow staff’s instructions to avoid crowds.
