Rain, snow and freezing weather gripped large parts of Changsha on that day. The Changsha Urban Management Bureau has set up an emergency response team to conduct 24-hour de-icing and anti-freezing work on the city’s main road sections including Xiangfu Road Overpass, Wanjiali Overpass, and Hongzishi Bridge. This is to ensure residents’ safe travel.
