Zhou Zhiqiang, head of Luowu Village in Tongdao Dong Autonomous County, presented the village’s changes to visitors on December 18, 2020. The village has thousand-year-old trade routes, blockhouses built before 1949, and newly built water lily cultural park. Tourism development and poverty alleviation are boosted in an integrated manner.
