Starting February 27, the Changsha metro line network resumed its normal service hours, which is from 6:30 to 23:00, and the intervals between trains on Changsha Metro Line 1, 2 and 4 during peak hours were further reduced to 5 minutes 58 seconds, 4 minutes 22 seconds, and 6 minutes 37 seconds respectively.

These changes were made based on:
the actual passenger flow;
the requirements to implement the decisions and arrangements of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee and the Changsha Municipal People’s Government on coordinated efforts to prevent and control the epidemic and promote economic and social development; and,
the travel needs of passengers returning to work.

As more and more enterprises resume production, Changsha Metro has seen a gradual rise in passenger flow, and there are obvious morning and evening peak hours.

Passengers are suggested to wear masks when taking the subway, take personal protection, and cooperate with the staff to take temperature checks.

Changsha Metro will pay close attention to the passenger flow, adjust its transport capacity in time, and take scientific and targeted prevention and control measures, so as to ensure the safety of passengers.
