Inventing, exaggerating and disseminating false information or disinformation related to the epidemic via such social platforms as WeChat, Sino Weibo and QQ, information networks or other media like websites and BBS is prohibited.

Masks must be worn when travelling by public transport including bus, rail transit, taxi, route bus and ferry.
　
Insulting, threatening or injuring medical staff, or disturbing the normal order of medical institutions and quarantine zones is forbidden.

Breaching regulations controlling market operation and price management, or disturbing market order by hoarding and inflating prices is forbidden.

On February 2, the Changsha Public Security Bureau published 19 “Do’s and Don’ts” for epidemic prevention and control. They include wearing masks on all public transportation. The Notice on Safeguarding Social Security and Order for the Prevention and Control of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia reminds citizens to abide by the law and rules conscientiously to keep the social order during the epidemic prevention and control period.
