Yu Hongsheng, male, Han nationality, was born in October, 1970. He obtained a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as vice governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province and a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People's Government of Hunan Province.
