Wang Yi'ou, male, Han nationality, was born in October, 1967. He obtained a master's degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China (CPC). He is now serving as vice governor of the People's Government of Hunan Province; a member of the CPC Leadership Group of the People's Government of Hunan Province; director of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province; and, secretary of the CPC Committee of the Public Security Department of Hunan Province.
