10,000 Government Services to Be Handled via "Xiang Yi Ban" APP

An experience exchange on the reform to streamline administration and delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services of Hunan Province was held in Changsha between March 6 and 7. The 2023 Administrative Service Work Arrangement Conference was held simultaneously. This year Hunan Province plans to upgrade and make full use of the "Xiang Yi Ban" super service app, according to the conference. By the end of this year, it is expected that 10,000 government services can be handled online via "Xiang Yi Ban".

Now 5,000 government services can be made available online and more than 200 e-licenses can be applied. The number of "Xiang Yi Ban" app users exceeded 30 million. Efforts will be made to upgrade its functions, integrate more services, and create featured scenarios, building "Xiang Yi Ban" into an access to government services for Hunan people, a platform on improving business environment, and an engine driving the construction of digital government. More efforts will be made to deepen an action to select the best candidates and focus on the upgrading of "One-step Approval Process", carry out reforms to ensure production factors such as data are allocated by the market, and improve government environment.

Before the conference, participants visited projects excelling in deepening reform to streamline administration and delegate power, improve regulation, and upgrade services. A list of excellent projects in this regard for 2022 was announced.
