The Dawei Mountain National Forest Park was temporarily closed starting from October 27, 2022 until further notice, according to a notice issued by the scenic area. The decision was made to ensure the safety of people's lives and property and protect forest resources, in accordance with the requirements of the Decree No. 311 of the People's Government of Hunan Province on Mountain Closures and Fire Restrictions.
