Recently, an auto trade company in Hecheng District, Huaihua City obtained an export order for Chang'an Auto vehicles, with a total value of 710,000 USD. These vehicles are ordered by Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan clients. The company has exported a total of 2,229 vehicles to several countries including Kazakhstan, Armenia, Russia, and Uzbekistan this year, with a total value of approximately 24.73 million USD, according to the company's chairman. It is making every effort to expand its business in the international market, aiming to export over 30,000 vehicles by the end of the year.
Recently, the company was authorized by the Ministry of Commerce for exporting new vehicles in 2026, becoming Hunan's only trading company authorized by a major domestic automobile brand to export new vehicles, apart from complete vehicle manufacturers. This marks a milestone of its export trade upgrading from used cars to new vehicles.
As an inland region, Hecheng District has prioritized optimization of the business environment as a core momentum, rolling out a series of measures to facilitate enterprises' expanding of international business.
Meanwhile, leveraging the hub advantage of the Huaihua International Land Port, the district has vigorously integrated into the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor, forging a distinctive path featuring "relying on the land port, with enterprises as the core, and guaranteeing services."
Last year, the district was home to 25 enterprises engaged in foreign trade, achieving an import and export value of 340 million CNY, marking growth in both the number of foreign trade enterprises and foreign trade volume.
