The online part of the 2021 Hunan International Green Development Expo (Green Expo) was launched in Changsha on October 18.

A series of online activities will be held on Enterprise Hunan Network (EHN), an international management and service platform for Hunan enterprises, between October 18 and 25. These activities will facilitate exhibitors, buyers, and professional audiences to participate in the 2021 Summit on Peaking of Carbon Emissions and Carbon Neutrality in Yangtze River Middle Reaches City Cluster (Double-Carbon Summit), also the Green Expo.

During the expo, EHN will serve both online and offline exhibitions. More than 200 exhibits in 15 categories, covering new energy transport, green building, technologies and equipment to improve coal combustion efficiency, and wind power, will be displayed on the platform. Nearly 10 economic and trade conferences and related activities will be live-streamed. B2B matchmaking meeting, press conference of Hunan enterprises to present new products and technologies, and some other economic and trade events, will be held online. The online-offline combination realizes “cloud exhibition” of exhibits, “cloud livestream” of forums and activities, and “cloud negotiation” of businesses, which will make the summit and the expo more effective and influential.

By 16:00 on that day, the platform had 621 registered enterprise exhibitors, 2,419 products, and 62 international buyers. More than 150 video purchasing meetings had been held, with the value of purchase intent exceeding 13 million USD.

Funded by the Hunan Provincial People’s Government, EHN is a comprehensive public-interest platform to serve international operation of enterprises. It provides services including convention and exhibition management, supply and demand matchmaking, lawful interests and rights guarantee, and think tanks. It is committed to assisting medium- and small-sized enterprises to explore international market, and boosting dual circulation in which domestic and overseas markets reinforce each other.
