The opening ceremony of the Yongzhou Land Port Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park and the Yongzhou Live-streaming Talent Incubation Project was held on September 22, 2025. The event featured the signing of cooperation agreements for settled enterprises and an enterprise-university cooperative agreement for joint establishment of an e-commerce talent incubation base. Business representatives from Afghanistan, Vietnam, Senegal, Saudi Arabia, and other countries attended, with all parties reaching consensus on economic and trade cooperation.

The Yongzhou Land Port Cross-border E-commerce Industrial Park, based on its national logistics hub orientation, leverages the strategic location in southern Hunan to build a comprehensive open platform integrating cross-border trade, digital marketing, entrepreneurial incubation, talent cultivation, and supply chain services. The concurrently launched live-streaming talent incubation project will establish an integrated service ecosystem spanning educational empowerment, pragmatic training, resource matching, and enterprise globalization through a collaborative mechanism involving government, industrial park, universities, and enterprises. This mechanism will effectively advance trade facilitation, industrial digitalization, and talent professionalization, injecting new vitality and shaping new competitive advantages for the high-quality development of Yongzhou's real economy.

Located at the junction of Hunan, Guangdong, and Guangxi, Yongzhou serves as a key node city along the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor and a national logistics hub. Yongzhou has connected to the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area's "one-hour economic circle," thanks to the regular operation of the China-Europe Railway Express (Yongzhou), and the Hunan-Guangxi Railway and the Erenhot-Guangzhou Expressway traversing its territory. This has provided low-cost and high-efficiency support for e-commerce warehousing, transportation, and cross-border trade. Leveraging its geographical advantages, the e-commerce industrial base integrates storage and distribution resources from the land port logistics hub to facilitate rapid distribution of "Yongzhou-produced" goods. Simultaneously, the base connects with the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area consumer market, establishing an online channel for "Yongzhou products going beyond Hunan." This initiative empowers Yongzhou's specialty agricultural products and light industrial goods to "go global through the internet."
