Changsha, the capital of Hunan province, has increasingly streamlined its business environment to bring more businesses to the city known for its manufacturing industry.

“Charming Changsha China” is composed of 24 one-minute videos focusing on Changsha's all-round development, vitality, culture and other urban characteristics, with a view to let more people know about Changsha and fall in love with it, and attract more talents from home and abroad to settle in Changsha. The videos, both in Chinese and English, are released semi-monthly. They are jointly produced and broadcast by the Publicity Department of the CPC Changsha Municipal Committee, China.org.cn, and Changsha Media Group, in collaboration with other domestic and foreign media.
