The Xiangxi rice tofu is the most popular traditional dish among Miao and Tujia ethnic groups in Xiangxi, especially in summer. With rice, soybean and lime as the raw materials, the rice tofu is tasty, soft, smooth and tender. It can be stored at 0℃ to 25 ℃ for three days. It can be cooked or eaten instantly.
