Dongting South Road Historical and Cultural Block

Dongting South Road Historical and Cultural Block, located in the southwest of Yueyang central urban area and the west of Dongting Lake, is a national tourism and leisure block. The block features commercial and trade culture represented by Nanzheng Street, fishing market culture represented by Jiehekou, wharf culture represented by Yueyang Port Ruins Site, and religious culture represented by Cishi Pagoda, Lvxian Temple, and Christian Church. The Dongting South Road Historical and Cultural Block takes "Urban Life of Old Yueyang" as the theme to create an eco-tourism cultural and leisure area that integrates culture, tourism, leisure, and industry.
