Pig Brain Rolls

Pig brain rolls originated from Xiangtan City, Hunan Province. They are made of half-fermented crust, pig's fat, and white sugar. They're sweet, soft and will melt in your mouth as soon as you taste them. The rolls are popular in many places in Hunan. They are named brain rolls but actually are made of fat.
