Ziyou ginger is a traditional snack of almost 100-year history. It's famous and tinted with local colors. The main ingredient is hand-like young yellow ginger that's thin and long and dug out before White Dew. The complicated cooking process ends with soaking the ginger in Longpai soy sauce. Tasting crisp and tender, it's a popular appetizer.
